
Augusta I. Sonntag Craft, who
was born January 10, 1916 in
Frisco, Texas, one of eight
children born to Carl William
and Docia Sonntag, a pioneering
family of Frisco, passed away
peacefully at Vista Ridge
Nursing and Rehab in Lewisville,
Texas on September 7, 2005.
She is preceded in death by
beloved husband, Paul E. Craft.
Graduates of Frisco High School,
they were lifetime residents of
Dallas, Texas and active members
of Cockrell Hill UMC. She was a
dedicated and loving mother and
grandmother. And what a great
cook - she made the "best
scratch banana pudding ever."
Mrs. Craft is survived by: three
children, Paula Craft of Dallas,
Pamela Brown of Coppell and
Phillip Craft of Austin; five
grandchildren: Paul Brown of
Dripping Springs, Amy Pannell of
Portland, Patrick Brown of
Houston, Erin Durst of Frisco
and Elisa Craft of Towson, MD;
six great-grandchildren:
Zachary, Alyssa, Drew, Nathan,
Dillon and Kyle and numerous
family members.
The family will receive visitors
on Friday, September 9, 2005
from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at
Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow
Funeral Home in Frisco, Texas.
Funeral Services will be
Saturday, September 10, 2005 at
12:00 noon at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow

Bethel Cemetery in Frisco,
