DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
Z. T. Acker a prominent and well known citizen of the Frisco section, died this morning at the home of his son-in-law and daughter,, Mr. and Mrs. Jas. M. Muse, in the northwestern part of town, where he had been for some time seriously ill.
Mr. Acker was 58 years of age and had been a citizen of Collin county more than twenty years, coming from Alabama.
He leaves a widow and seven children as follows: Mrs. Jas. M. Muse, Mrs. Austin Shelton of Frisco, Mrs. Wallace Staley of Frisco, Misses Mattie and Jessie Acker, the latter making her home here with Mrs. Muse, and tow sons, Charles, who is at home and Ernest, who lives at Navo in Denton county.
Mr. Acker had many friends in every part of the county, bore a good name as a citizen, friend and neighbor, and all will hear of his death with deep regret. He made a profession of religion several months ago, and bore his illness with christian fortitude and patience.
The interment will take place at Bethel Cemetery two miles north of Frisco tomorrow morning at ten o’clock, under the auspices of the Lebanon Camp W. O. W.
