Uncle Jimmie Adamson, a pioneer resident of West Collin, passed away at the residence of his nephew, W. C. Naugle, in Polytechnic, a short time since, his death being due to the infirmities of  the years, aggravated by a fall received only a short time previous to his death.  The deceased was about 70 years of age at the time the grim reaper called, and had been a very active man in spite of his years, up to some time during the past autumn, when he received a fall, breaking a limb,  that forced him to go on crutches to the end. His remains were laid to rest in the Bethel cemetery.  “After life’s fitful fever may he sleep well.”
