The Delphos Community Chamber of Commerce will be leading several events starting with 2 free talking picture shows at the Auditorium, Benefit Dance sponsored by the firemen and bridge party sponsored by town ladies at the Auditorium, then a Benefit show, and a Christmas program. It will take about 30 baskets this year to help those less fortunate.
Mr & Mrs Ray Somers have a daughter born Nov 27th.
Mrs McDonald will do general housework for $3 a week.
Albert Pilcher was killed by his
father in law, John Brinkman. John, 74, killed Bert, 37, without warning of any
kind. They all lived together in
Rev Morton Miller, 69, Lamar, died.
There were 3 fire calls over the weekend. The Turrentine home, J F Chroniger home, and the Frank Cline home.

Whos Who in DHS. Elaine Brown, started school at Washington, then to Effingham, then high school at Argentine High school, in Kansas City. She has attended Delphos for three years. She is in glee club, orchestra and band and has held class offices.

Mr & Mrs Alfred Tasker spent two weeks in the Eastern and Southern sections
of the
Sister Mary Dionysia Winkler, Concordia, passed away Tuesday.
