Obituary for Mrs Minnie Burns Overholser. Dec 23 1862 - Oct 26 1907, Married to Samuel Overholser about ten years ago at Manchester, Ohio. Leaves two small children, Cora and Laura. Buried at Delphos Cemetery.

Ross DeVore moved his barber shop from the Hally building to the basement of the First National Bank Building.

Charlie Cain fractured his thumb, having it caught under the seat of a hack as he was stepping off.

Ray Everley  is running for County Commissioner. Paul Tyler is running for County Superintendent and Gaylord for Probate Judge. Former Delphos men Frank LaPlant is a candidate for County Superintendent and Tom Fetters for Sheriff.

Mr & Mrs Pearl Davis are the parents of a baby boy born Oct 31. (This would be Wilson Davis who passed away in 1995)

Obituary for Frederick B Partridge, Nov 2 1863 - Oct 25 1932. Interment at Bennington Cemetery.

Mrs Russell Tasker (Zella Chambers) was killed Monday while helping her husband repair a dump truck. She died instantly. She was born April 15 1892. Hall Cemetery.

Melvin Johnson was injured Thursday while helping Wayne Kriegh load a cow into a truck. The cow bolted forward and knocked him down breaking a leg.

Mr & Mrs Loren E Suelter of Salina have a son. The mother was Virginia Darnell, daughter of Mr & Mrs Kenneth Darnell, and a granddaughter of Archie Rice.

Mrs Frances Kline has lost a second family member within a little more than a week. Her sister, Mrs SW Hollis passed away last week and she has received word of the death of a sister in law, Mrs Arch Wright,(Laura Harper) of Hamilton Montana.

The funeral of Otis Cables was held in Miltonvale.

The funeral of Alex Kaiser, 93, was held in Miltonvale.

Roxanne Tasker was honored for her birthday at the home of her parents, Mr & Mrs Donald Tasker.

Amanda Garrison was surprised for her birthday.

Lloyd Willars birthday and Mr & Mrs Jack Willars anniversary was celebrated at dinner Sunday.

Bandstand restoration continues. Total cost of material is $778. So far $545 has been collected.

Benjamin Franklin Mauk June 26 1911 - Oct 30 1982, was buried at Hall Cemetery. Ho operated a welding and repair shop in Delphos.

Miss Enice G Slater, 79, Kansas City, was born in Delphos, buried at Forest Hill Cemetery.

Raymond Pachta resigned from the Catholic Church Oct 26th. Pachta added color to his ministry here in that he piloted an airplane, rode a motorcycle to his assignments and enjoyed big game hunting.

Descendants of Alfred and Emma Tasker met in Bennington for a reunion.

Mary Jo Haley had a product party Friday, her birthday. She has been selling Stanley products 22 years and will get a gold watch at 25 years.
