 All original Legacy Hills homes are members by virtue of your homeowners deed.

Additional adjacent streets have been added through the years at homeowners request.

Your dues are much appreciated but are not mandatory to attend the functions of the association.

Our major expenses are water, electricity and plantings for

the frontage area. The expected budget would be covered nicely if each household

would contribute their dues of $50. per year

and/or volunteer your time toward frontage maintenance.

A newsletter/flyer came out the last week on May 2007 with

additional City of Plano information; including watering restrictions

and city contact phone numbers.

Also included was a postcard for you to return to Terry or email to Aurora

with corrections or additions.
